Watching the Palin-Biden Debate for an hour and a half really amazed me. It seemed like both of them gave the zest of their ticket. Biden from the Democrats lay the facts and figures , all the time praises Obama and attack McCain and Bush Administration which is very good for their ticket. He is indeed knowledgeable on every world issues but only the American people can vouch if what he says are true or not. I am not in the position to judge his facts. I just listen to the debate and he said it well .
Undoubtedly, he has convincing power to influence one's view. I admire his intellectual ability to agree and not on issues that he stands for. He mentioned his life experience and it was obvious that even if he is tough kind of a politician, he got choked on remembering how he lost his wife and child during the car accident. It just showed a human side of him. And that is not politics which I evidently take notice. Palin, the fresh, vibrant and charismatic opponent from the Republican whom as a Governor in Alaska really did good job too.
As a matter of fact, I enjoyed her being so ordinary yet spontaneous when she gave more emphasis on what she believes are the real issues which common Americans needs to hear. She talks real , natural and her being witty is beyond dispute considering she is not used to talking big issues in politics. As often heard from the detractors, she is just a Governor from a small state and doesn't know the world issues. And yet, commentators can't deny the facts that she did it well in this debate.

The bottom line is Palin or Biden, one will become Vice President on the next election and.... yet has to show if the words will become action or words will remain as words.
In my point of view, Biden and Palin did a good debate professionally....better than the Presidential Debate.
One last point, Debates are good to remember who said so and who made it possible.
So, what is your Point Of View?
Pay attention. Review history. You will see that Democrats are always knowledgeable about issues and they are great speakers but they never have feasible solutions to anything. Usually they will point out anything and everything that a Republican does wrong but they won't acknowledge wrong on their part. They complain about everything but never bring resolution to the problems they complain about or many times create. Republicans are usually a little brash but always have well defined plans. When you follow these debates, recognize what's going on with both sides. Biden has experience but won't be able to counter the negative plans that Obama has in store for the nation. I think Palin is perfect for McCain. She is a realistic and tough politician that will keep him in line.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your blog. The Democrats keeping saying four more years of Bush. If we get Obama we will have four years of Jimmy Carter or worse. How you could get worse is beyond me as he was the worse president we ever had!!!!
