These are my neighbors house. I live in a village which is owned by Senator Villar ... under Communities Cagayan ( Camella) . My house is actually at the front of these two houses. Oh! I will show the picture of my house in 2 years more...hehehe...on my 2nd anniversary in blogging LOL. I was 27 years old when I acquired my house and lot, earning minimal salary as a teacher. I am so happy that I live in this uptown neighborhood. This is a gated community with security guards at the gate and with 24 hours roving guards too. We have amenities like clubhouse, basketball court, playground and park. Passenger jeepneys are not allowed in our village. Our transportation in/out of the village is called Shuttle, its an airconditioned van. We are 5minutes away from SM mall and 2minutes away from the airport. You can actually build this house with 6million budget. That is what my neighbors said they spent. Excluding the lot. So, a house like this is $150,000.
Both owners of these houses are Filipinos. They are just working abroad as a nurse. Nice huh?
