That building is The Isle Casino and Hotel and the newly constructed bridge connecting Biloxi and Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
The houses that you see at the far end are all newly built. The old buildings are all blown away by water surge as high as 12 foot on the main street. Would you risk another fortune to build another house by the beach?
