Problem Problem Problem

I woke up so late and I missed the scheduled chat with my mother. She usually wake me up at 8 AM thru SMS message. It was 11 AM that I finally open my PC. I was so alarmed again because I can not open my FIREFOX with this problem

"the procedure entry point NSS_Get Algorithm Policy could not be located in the dynamic link library nssutil3.dll"

I never had a computer subject in College. I learn through hands-only. So, my solution: I delete the Firefox and I am using Explorer now.
I am planning to use the Google Chrome soon. I hope everything will be okay.
