Dermajuv Skin Care Products

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dermajuv Skin Care Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

Women are known to be beauty conscious than men. I don't have to lay the figures here just to convince everyone because it is very obvious as we observe it daily. By visiting Spa and Beauty Saloon, there are more women than men around in that vicinity. Women loves to pamper her body, nourished her skin, taking care of her nails and making sure that her hair is conditioned flawlessly. When it comes to skin care and anti aging concerns, women will do everything to stay younger-looking and wrinkle-free skin at all times. My mother uses the same kind of skin care products but, since I am not getting any younger myself, I should find the product that has anti wrinkle component in it. Matrixyl which is found in Dermajuv helps to counteract the aging process, and immediately initiate the reversal of the signs of aging. The products below contain the key ingredients to fight anti aging process. If you are looking for a product that really works, check this out. Visit the link provided here and discover the wonder of Dermajuv products.

View of the Harbor

Yesterday, we went to the Harbor and I stayed in the car browsing on the internet. I brought my laptop with me and I enjoyed the cool breeze from the Gulf Of Mississippi. The weather was so nice, warm and cool at the same time. Hubby and cousin were fishing and I was just enjoying my time, watching the nice view and texting to Kathy. We parked as close as to where I took my picture.I got a good view huh?
The ray of the sun was visible too.

How to Avoid Phishing

These are the recommendations compiled by Anti-Phishing Working Group to avoid becoming a victim of these scams. (Source http://www.antiphishing.org/)

1. Be suspicious of any email with urgent requests for personal financial information
-unless the email is digitally signed, you can't be sure it wasn't forged or 'spoofed'
phishers typically include upsetting or exciting (but false) statements in their emails to get people to react immediately

    2. They typically ask for information such as usernames, passwords, credit card numbers, social security numbers, date of birth, etc.
-phisher emails are typically NOT personalized, but they can be. Valid messages from your bank or e-commerce company generally are personalized, but always call to check if you are unsure

    3. Don't use the links in an email, instant message, OR CHAT to get to any web page if you suspect the message might not be authentic or you don't know the sender or user's handle
instead, call the company on the telephone, or log onto the website directly by typing in the Web adress in your browser

    4. Avoid filling out forms in email messages that ask for personal financial information
you should only communicate information such as credit card numbers or account information via a secure website or the telephone

    5. Always ensure that you're using a secure website when submitting credit card or other sensitive information via your Web browser
    - Phishers are now able to 'spoof,' or forge BOTH the "https://" that you normally see when you're on a secure Web server AND a legitimate-looking address. You may even see both in the link of a scam email.

    6. Again, make it a habit to enter the address of any banking, shopping, auction, or financial transaction website yourself and not depend on displayed links.
    - Phishers may also forge the yellow lock you would normally see near the bottom of your screen on a secure site. The lock has usually been considered as another indicator that you are on a 'safe' site.

    7. The lock, when double-clicked, displays the security certificate for the site. If you get any warnings displayed that the address of the site you have displayed does NOT match the certificate, do not continue.

    Beware of Hackers Part2

There are so many interesting topics to discuss in my blogs lately. But when these hackers hacked my email account almost two weeks ago and communicate to my friends through IM chat, I was so devastated. I can not even trust to talk to the people in my IM list right now, afraid that they were hacked too.

Few days earlier, a name Patty Ayad- a good friend in College Days, chatted with me in IM. She sound weird because she insist that i will click the link of her Xmas Pictures. We never exchange pictures and I never click any link given to me. I end up clicking the link anyhow. It directed me to flixter account. I dont remember having a flixter account but, I tried to log in anyway using my yahoo account. That was the DUMBEST action i ever made.

The hacker hiding in the persona of PATTY told me about opening a business of buy and sell phonecards. I just told her I have no money for that and just try it out to her other friends. The hacker insisted to see my webcam but, i had none so, i decline to open. That was it and all were just a flashback when my friend ROSE narrated her experience of talking to a FAKE PERSONA.

Rose said that the fake persona send her a link, she did the same thing as i did. Click it and log in but, failed three times. The hacker then told her to open the webcam which I guess she did. She gave the persona the number and email of the son back home. It was her son that purchase the phone cards and sent it to the hacker. The hacker even called the son using a globe phone number. Then the hacker made an email address amy.nobillos@yahoo.com with a dot at the middle and told them to send the pin numbers in that address. Rose later found out, it was not my email address afterall. Rose gave her the bank account number too. Yeah! its a NO NO. But, who would ever suspect? Oh she did suspected that it was not me but, she trusted more who she talked to. She lost money and there was withdrawal in her bank account before she can run to the bank and close her account.

    Hacker Hacked my Account

I am supposed to be writing about SAINTS who won as Champion in NFL Super Bowl XLIV this year. But, guess it will be delayed. I got pictures here but, can not download because the hacker mess up my files in my pc. I am currently using an alternate pc at home and I did not used my personal pc since this morning. I am not expecting that last Monday at 8:45 PM , an impostor is working/hacking my email account and also the Facebook. I was asleep at that time, I was actually talking to David earlier that day, he knows I was so sleepy. Then, I dozed off to sleep and woke up for my work time at night.

I was having lunch when my phone notify me to reactivate my Facebook Account. I wonder why? I was talking to Hazel and three others in my facebook and all too suddenly, cannot log in. I tried to log in in my fon but, no avail. So, when I arrived home, I tried to log in my facebook but, guess what, my account was gone! I look at the friendslist of my friends but, i am not in any of them. I found out that Facebook deleted it for security reasons. They detect the impostor or probably, she/he was doing illegal using my name.
That day, Tuesday we went to New Orleans to witness the biggest mardi gras parade in the US or probably the world.

There were 800,000 people jam packed in New Orleans to welcome the SAINTS. Was i excited? Yes! But, my mind was in my accounts. I was not thinking bad. I was worried where my FB account go and why I cannot log in my email. At 11PM, my friend ROSE called me on the phone and tried to say something which I cannot understand. I kept asking "What Pin?". Then, she said she will call back coz the son will give the pin now. I ask what is that pin for? She mentioned about dried goods too. In my mind, what is she talking about? And all I did was ask ...WHAT? I cannot comprehend why she called me and since she was driving, she said she will call me back.

We were at the garage of CONTINENTAL hotel when this drunk woman, eager to get out from the garage, bumped our car and just hit us. So, all the drivers of the cars bumper to bumper, tried to protect us from the insane woman. It was choatic in that garage, we were in the 2nd floor. All of us are pissed off prior to that accident because the woman was honking. Nobody did try to confront, until she hit us. We call 9-1-1, they cannot do anything about it because its private property. So, tyhe management took care. But, the arguments erupted all drivers vs the drunk woman so, there were 9 city police pacifying the chaos. My husband and I were just extend our patience and stay away from them. Driving back to Mississippi, I was fast asleep in the passenger car.

Because of that event, the impostor who knows where I was took advantage. She log on to my email account and pretended to be ME. She talked to ROSE which I mentioned earlier and ask her to be partners in business...buy and sell phone cards. She had doubt coz she knows I am not insistent. But, the impostor has her way to get her. From midnight, my friend talk to her up to 4am. She wanted to sleep but, the impostor able to get money from her. My friend said, 60,000 pesos of phone cards. Here is the worst part: My friend gave her the bank account number because the impostor said, she will send the money to that account this Friday.

DOUBTS? She doubted! Sounds Fishy! Insistent! Plus, she ask her where she is and she said she arrived already and slept over in her friends place. My friend was mad because she said I had change. I become Americanized! Well, the boyfriend warned her too. Sounds fishy, never rush! But, Rose is Rose! Her decision is Final, so she gave that amount. Wednesday, my friend called me at 7am. and my fon was blinking notifying I had missed calls and texts. It happened so fast! We found out, she was scammed and not only that, the impostor was able to get her email account too. I told my friend, run to the bank and stop all transactions. Well, the impostor withdrawn $500 already.

Hassle! BEWARE MY FRIENDS! Please if someone pretended to be ME, asking money or weird favor...DONT! and please do not give away your personal information...especially bank accounts okay? Got to rest now. I never slept since Rose called me yesterday at seven in the morning.
Kathy , yap... after we talk on the phone last night? I never did sleep! Tired? Yes I am. Thank you gwapa ha for listening.

    Elks Mardi Gras Parade: Floats

Here are the beautiful floats that participated during the Elks Mardi Gras Parade 2010 held in Ocean Springs Mississippi. The beads were abundance last year though, I just noticed that.
The weather on this day was below freezing plus the wind is blowing so hard. Even though my sis-in-law gave me a fleece blanket, I am still freezing. I wore gloves, boots, three jackets...ohh, still I am freezing. Well, everyone in the parade were wrapped up but, catching the beads warms us up.
The crowd was very enthusiastic screaming for beads. I am better this year, I meant ... screaming for beads, LOL!
Back home when we have city parades, what they gave to the crowd are candies and discount coupons. I do not remember, any beads were given away.
So, this is unique here in the US for sure. In Orlando, there was an orange parade and they gave away beads too. So, its not unique to Mardi Gras but, for every parade... just an observation though. I might be wrong.
Check out some of the Mardi Gras pictures that I will be post here soon. Thanks for viewing.

    Who Dat Nation

February 7 is the BIG Moment for the Who Dat Nation. I have been to the French Quarter in New Orleans and everybody knows that Bourbon Street will go crazy if the SAINTS will win this Sunday's Superbowl. Here are some of the Saints fanatics who participated the Mardi Gras Parade.
We will be having a Superbowl Party at home and we invited some members of the family to watch the game with us. I know this game will be a good one versus the Colts. Win or lose, who dat nation will be here to support the team.
It is really fun during the parade if someone shout Who Dat, they were given nicer beads. So; everybody on my side, chant the word who dat and they gave Saints Beads. I didn't catch any of it though, LOL.
