I have a new tripod last Christmas but, until now it is still in the box. I was supposed to buy a DSLR but, because of the catastrophe in my hometown Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, (storm Washi) I diverted my budget to help my friends and relatives. For now, I do not need the DSLR.This is a Targus Tripod designed to stabilize most digital cameras and camcorders. This tripod features quick release plate that makes it a breeze to switch from handheld shooting to tripod and back again. This tripod can extend to a height of 66-inches when in use and folds away to 17-inches for easy storage. It has a rubber grip feet and includes a carry case. I got it for less than $20 with camera sling pouch and 4gb memory card.
