We have few tomato plants in the garden and when we saw ripe ones, we picked them up and use them in the kitchen. I love the cherry tomatoes because they are so sweet and smells good too. According to the study, tomato varieties are available with double the normal vitamin C, 40 times normal vitamin A and two to four times the normal amount of lycopene.
