The weather is cooling down and I am so excited. My gardening activities will not be different as summertime ended. I keep up with pulling the weeds, watering the thriving plants and cut the grass twice a week maintaining a nice garden landscape. Some of my plants withered but, my vegetable garden is very happy and lively producing more vegies. Having organic food on the table which comes fresh from our garden is exciting. I have quiet few withered plants but, it's worth the effort for they survived for months. The only remedy to uplift the beauty of my garden is geared on adding colors for Fall gardening inspiration. Find beauty in the Fall means more greens and edible plants like purple broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, spinach, kale, colorful mustards, Swiss chards and beets. Some leaves of these edible plants are colorful, beautiful and such pleasing to the eyes. These are ornamental plants that will make my garden attractive and pretty. In fact, I planted some seeds about weeks ago and already sprouting to a promising plant.
Gardening in the Southeast region is promising because we have to deal with the type of soil especially living in the coastal area. In my backyard, the soil is sandy but, with the help of Miracle-Gro Garden Soil for Flowers and Vegetables, I know that I can make a pretty edible bed with broccoli and beets in it. The purple broccoli is very colorful so; I plan to plant it in a single line and the beets on the background. Check out this photo that I gathered from Pinterest:
