About five years ago, hubby and I got married in Belle Isle. This is the boat dock of our friend and they offered their place as a reception area. Not only that, they also offered their Phantom Boat as my ride to transfer to another boat dock where the wedding ceremony took place. A kind-hearted neighbor offered their beautiful pool area as a wedding place. I know it was beautiful because they even hire a labor to decorate the place with palms and bought flowers but, I don't have a remembrance of the place. After the ceremony which lasted for less than 30 minutes, I was directed to the Phantom boat again and we just had a nice ride along Lake Conway. If I could turn back the time, I will hire a professional photographer and a wedding planner. I was really glad that we have friends who got great concept and theme of the wedding.
As we tour the Lake Conway, our friends were helping themselves to set-up the reception area. When they were ready, they called us to drive back to the boat dock. It was a nice get-together of friends and there was no Asian but me (wink). Our guests/friends are mostly Americans but, some of them are German, Colombian, Puerto Rican, Brazilian, Haitian, and Jamaican. Most of them are friends who are working at the Orlando International Airport.
Anyway, five years of blissful life with my one and only husband is a blessing. We are hoping for more happy years together.
From time to time, we pay a visit to our friends here or invite them to visit us. These photos were taken two days ago when we visited them.
That's all for now folks. Thanks for stopping by.
