The home is our refuge for it provides safety and comfort for our family. It is a shelter that safeguards us from storms and severe weather. It keeps us warmth on cold season and provides us comfort on a scorching day. I am referring to a typical home and it is supposed to be that way. It is up to our choice to make our home cozy and comfortable to live in. The foundation, structure and building materials used in building the home plays vital as to how safe and comfortable it is to live into.
With that being said, having the right Insulated concrete block in the house provides a comfortable living condition. If the builder ignored the importance of this material then, the home owner will surely encounter the problem the moment they moved in. That's what happens in our place right now. The office room is the most uncomfortable area in our house because it is the coldest in winter time and the hottest on summer season. The home inspector suspects that it has an insulation problem. Since we are living here in Florida, the condition is tolerable. I would have acted the other way if I live in the Midwest or up North. Anyway, having the right insulation is very important for it provides heat flow resistance and that would mean, heating and cooling costs will be lower. Now, who wouldn't want that?
