One Lucky Winner of HGTV Smart Home 2013

If you watch HGTV Channel, you probably know about the SMART HOME 2013 GIVEAWAY which ended recently. That also means they picked the lucky winner. I say lucky because out of the 40 million plus entries (including mine ^_^ ), Peggy Walker, a retired special education teacher from South Washington County School District in Minnesota came out the winner for HGTV Smart Home 2013.
